Sometimes change is difficult for us, sometimes we await it with joy. Our “self” is also subject to this change. How we engage with it and how we deal with change has a significant influence on our lives.
The series „Anatta“ addresses the matter of constant change, also referring to the buddhist understanding of the „non-self“ which means that there is no unchanging, permanent self.
